Our team advised SPIE Deutschland & Zentraleuropa on the acquisition of BridgingIT GmbH (“BridgingIT”). The transaction was signed on August 16, 2023 and is currently subject to clearance by the antitrust authorities as well as other closing conditions. It is expected to be completed in Q4 2023.
